What AI I use in Investment Banking ?

AI is no less than an extended arm to my daily work, although the sensitive information always need to be covered up and not disclosed. 

My No. 1 AI is : 

A. NoteBookLM 

It's a Google Product and gives you very accurate answer by reading the Web Link and PDF as source to it. Even you can go and recheck the answer by sources and it specifically mark it for you. 

It helps a lot specifically for Rules and Regulations that are 200-500 pgs long and it take a lot of effort to do it all together by yourself. 

It almost cut short time by half. 

B. ChatGPT 

It is very common but very few of us understand how to use it ?

The chatGPT works with very clear goals defined and the reason you need the result and then provide a good resource to it if  possible and it will give you really perfect answer. 

My tip is that always make GPT remember your last conversation in the same context and it will give you more better result. 

C. Perplexity 

It is in between my above two recommendation ! It is actually very structured, I can customize the respond by setting up the tone and reason of usage. 

Whereas ChatGPT can be used for generic answer this can be used for very specific answers you can rely on. 

D. Minutes AI 

I haven't used it much, may be a paid thing but the output it provide is amazing. It records your voice like a normal recorder but then it analyze and provide you minutes. Even it provides the main points of discussion which can help you to understand the meeting and what actually needs to be done for which the meeting was actually held. 

How this helps ?

It has actually made those people life easy who don't want to listen to there manager voice again and has little less comprehension power. I deal with these people and this is pretty normal. But at the end you have to be bring the skill to just listen what needs to be done rather then what person is trying to cook I mean just tell me what to do, which most managers lack to tell.
