How to start ? 

My story to move forward : 

I started my journey on Upwork in college and I had a lot of time to spend on the app, and I got lot of clients but as my time spent decreased the clients vanished, it was really a shock. 

I switched to Fiverr after almost giving up freelancing for a year, it was amazing as I have to put gigs on the app and then wait for someone to connect. 
And be available only when the messages come, I have earned more than Upwork here in less time but the earning is almost nothing as I have not time to cater all cleints due to my job. 

If you are doing a job, 
Please make sure that you have no restriction in doing external work in terms of legal write up. 

To break down ! 

Upwork 

Go to the app make a great profile that provide value and make you look trustworthy. Then there is a system of connects you get 10 connects every month and you can apply to the jobs through connect only ! So be careful in spending them. 

This is a great thing of Upwork, while a lot of people don't know that you can make Proposals of you own like gigs on Fiverr through which clients can connect with you directly without you losing any connects !


How to make these ? 

This can only be made through laptop, open your profile and below your picture on right hand side there will be a Project Catalog, you can make them through clicking links therein. 

Fiverr 

Fiverr is really easy make your gigs and then wait for clients to contact you but be aware from fraudsters, while Fiverr has also introduced Briefs that also comes to you automatically. 

You need to just make profile and 4 gigs and be online to get more cleints. The major thing that will get you cleints is your gig look and attractiveness.

How to connect back to your client ?

Getting more work and money from Freelancing is a pleasure because you are directly connected with the cleint and you get direct money. 

This was my first cleint on Fiverr and has given me 5 stars and was easy to work. 

Note : 
1. Please take a external connect point with the client as they will not be always available on the app, it's not as important for them to be on the app always as it is for you.
2. Greetings and grateful to be connected with them should be starting and ending point of converstaion. 
3. Do some extra effort so that they become your repeat client.
